Returns

You may return items within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Opened or used beauty/personal care products

• Items marked as final sale or clearance

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at semzosupport@gmail.com with your:

• Order ID

• Reason for return

• Photos (if product is damaged or defective)

Refunds

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After dispatch, cancellations are not accepted.
